DELIVERY

We understand how important it is for your spares to arrive when you expect them to and that you pay the actual costs for shipping.  We have appointed DPD to deliver larger items on a next-day basis whilst smaller items are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. For smaller items our shipping costs are based on the total size and weight of your items to ensure that you only pay the actual shipping cost plus a small fee for packaging when required.

Delivery to all mainland UK addresses, for parts orders up to 30kg is only £6.95.

Most orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched the same working day.  All orders will be dispatched within one working day.**

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your order should reach you in a less than perfect condition please contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem.  We will refund the costs of returning any faulty part to us and arrange dispatch of a replacement immediately on return of the faulty part.
